Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. Tell us the dates you want to use it and we block them on every calendar: your home is yours whenever you need it.
How and when do I get paid?
We collect from the booking sites and the guests. Every month you receive the report with bookings, income and expenses, and the payout of your share.
Who takes care of the withholding tax on rentals?
We do: every month we pay the 21% withholding tax in your name and give you the figures you need for your tax return.
Do I need a CIN?
Yes, in Italy the national identification code (CIN) is mandatory for short-term rentals and must be shown in listings. We guide you through the steps.
What happens if a guest breaks something?
We check the home after every stay. If we find damage, we document it, report it to the booking site or the guest, and follow up the claim and the repair.
Can I choose home management only, without rentals?
Of course: that's the "Home management" package. Inspections, maintenance, utilities and emergencies, with no guests.
